چکیده
ABSTRACT Purpose: This study evaluated the marginal adaptation and microleakage of ?n-Ceram Alumina, In-Ceram Zirconia Finesse press all-ceramic porcelain systems. Material methods: Thirty maxillary Central teeth extracted for periodontal reasons without caries cracks were divided equally into three group there was no control group; only systems compared. Sample cemented stored in distile water 24 hours. Then, they applied to a repeated thermal cycle 500 times. The samples left %5 basic fuchsin dye For rankings, all sample which cross-sections made moved metal microscope (Scherr Turico St. James/ Minn./ USA) degrees measured both palatinal vestibul regions by measuring twice with x10 enlargement at micron level. statistical evaluations values, Kruskal Wallis test has been used (p>0.05). Results: differences between are not significant (p>0.05), ?=0.05). Conclusion: system caused least leakage regions. In second place most biggest margin gap palatal region seen system, place. In- Ceram Alumina system.

Effect of Core Thickness and Porcelain Sintering on Marginal Adaptation
Background and aim: Marginal adaptation affects the long-term success of full-coverage restorations. This study aimed to assess the effect of porcelain sintering and zirconia core thickness on the marginal adaptation of all-ceramic restorations. Materials and methods: In this in-vitro experimental study, a standard brass die, 7 mm in length and 5 mm in diameter, was fabricated using a milling ...
متن کاملInfluence of marginal fit and cement types on microleakage of all-ceramic crown systems.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of both marginal fit and cementing with different luting agents on the microleakage of all-ceramic crown systems. Thirty-six extracted upper central incisors were prepared for full-coverage crowns and were divided into three groups. Group 1: CAD/CAM-fabricated ZrO2, Group 2: Heat-pressed lithium-disilicate, and Group 3: Cast Cr-Co copings as...
متن کاملThe evaluation and comparison of marginal adaptation in metal ceramic and all ceramic restorations fabricated by two methods: CAD/CAM and conventional
Introduction: Marginal fit is a key factor for long term clinical success through any dental restorations. Poor marginal adaptation causes cement dissolution. This can lead to dental caries, gingival irritation, periodontal diseases, and finally treatment failure. The aim of this study was measurement and comparison of marginal gap quantities in metal ceramic and all ceramic dental restorations...
متن کاملMarginal Adaptation and Fracture Resistance of Resin Nano-Ceramic and Zirconium Dioxide All Ceramic Restorations
Marginal adaptation is one of most important criteria for long term clinical success of dental restorations [1]. The presence of marginal discrepancies exposes the luting agent to the oral environment. The larger the marginal discrepancy and the subsequent exposure of the dental luting agent to oral fluids, the more rapid the rate of cement dissolution and microleakage [2]. These marginal irreg...
